Struggling with cat naps

Part of me is posting for support, part of it is just to vent because I’m feeling incredibly frustrated. I feel like what is happening is somewhat normal for my LO age, but I’m feeling quite helpless. My 3 month old (13 weeks) is a serial catnapper. He’s never been a good day sleeper. He sleeps like a log in the night, from about 8:30-6:30 through so I know that I’ve got it good in terms of night sleep. However, during the day, my LO will sleep no longer than 30-40 minutes at a time. If I don’t count the time that I get him out of his crib, it’s more like 20-30 minutes. I’m using the huckleberry app to follow wake windows. I’m following his sleepy cues. I don’t have to do a whole lot to settle him for a sleep as he’s down by his sweet spot. He doesn’t like to be swaddled, he sleeps in a sleep sack in a dark room with white noise. I can’t follow any eat-play-sleep routine or play-eat-sleep routine because of the inconsistency of his sleeps. He can sleep for hours in the capsule, or during contact naps. I’m just finding I have no time to get anything done during the day, or any time to myself. My milk supply is all over the joint so I’m getting up in the middle of the night to pump, so I’m tired from that. My partner works in the night and sleeps for some of the day. He tries to help as much as possible. If anyone has some suggestions, that would be great. If there’s others out there in the same boat, feel free to have a vent too 😅

My baby is 11 weeks and this pretty much sounds like my life . Definitely no day time routine happening lol

Sorry for no advice, but just wondering if using the Huckleberry app for the sweet spot is part of the free app? Or the paid version?
