Hydration Tips?

I can't stand liquids at the point. I have some Popsicles, and have been chewing ice chips, but does anyone else have any other recommendations for staying hydrated?

I read that coconut water is good for nausea, tried it yesterday, and it worked so well! Look for 100% juice, no sugar added.

Sometimes all I need is to add some fresh fruit to my water to trick my brain. Stawberries, cucumbers, lemon… makes it more fun.

I have tried adding some lemon to the water and that worked for me, hope it works for you too 😌
