Threenager/tantrums

My daughter has started to scream if she doesn’t get her way/if we tell her no, and tonight she even started telling me “mind your business” when I told her she needed to clean up. Is this normal? What can I do to help and get her to stop telling me to “mind my business” when I’m telling her to do something? She’ll even say it if I ask her what’s wrong or why she’s upset.
