How do you build trust in a relationship again (how do you learn to trust your partner again?)

Communication and making changes. Both work and put in the effort.

Again, contextually it's difficult but discussing their reasoning for lying/withholding information - was it self serving or with the intention of protecting you from something etc etc. Lots of communication, open and honest conversations and being willing to put the work in on both sides

It really depends what they did in the first place. I struggle to ever have trust entirely in someone again once they've betrayed it though
