@Maddi I’ve never been so I’ve got no idea! I’ve also seen the family camping is first come first served 😫 But I’d 100% being using LO’s birthday as an excuse to go - what an incredible first birthday party!!! 😂🤩

I've been last year while pregnant, but we camped next to the mini moshers camp site and I saw a lot of families with young babies.The camp is situated quite far so it's not that noisy. But definitely get headphones for the little ones Maybe it's worth going on Instagram page of download or something similar and ask there? @Nicoleta honestly I haven’t seen the line up, Mama just needs some time to rock out and release energy 😅🫨 We might hold off until next year purely for financial reasons!

@Ashton 🤣🤣yeah, I get ya. It's expensive, isn't it? We gor our tickets for last year, the previous year in November. When they released the early bird tickets. And even that was a lot as we stayed the whole week. But it's such a great experience

@Nicoleta I always act on impulse but maybe I need to pre-plan for early bird tickets for next year! It is expensive, but we wouldn’t be having a holiday so I can justify it! My husband on the other hand… 😂 I think it’d be brilliant though my LO proper chills out to Def Leppard/Guns n Roses/Led Zeppelin haha so I’d love to take her!

@Ashton we've seen GNR in 2018 and they were epic 😍 We paid around £700 for the full week, camping and car pass. They had a instalment plan for barcley card owners so that why we "could afford it". Otherwise we wouldn't have gone. Seeing mettalica and slipknot perform, oh my days🥰🥰 Guess your husband should meet mine🤣🤣 Download releases an initial line up when the early bird tickets are out so this year I'll keep an eye out to see who coming next year. I'd live to take my son. Last year there was a 3yo, who was loving life. It was so nice to see that

We live 15 minutes from Donington so wouldn’t camp but it would be such a rad birthday for her!! I’ve been looking at the tickets daily. I haven’t ever camped at download cause of the mud 😂

@Maddi yeah, that can be a downer but we were lucky enough to have hot weather both times we went. Oohh, I envy you. Living so close 😁

I haven't been since i had my LO but when i went in 2022 there was loads of families there with young children, dont get me wrong it can get a bit wild in the village bit in the early hours, but the actual festival I would say is totally fine - if i could afford it this year i would definately not worry about taking my LO 💙

We went last year when our LO was 8 months, and it was amazing! We stayed in a hut, so we didn't camp and are doing the same this year! Might be more hectic now she's walking though 😬😅😂

@Nicoleta blimey tickets are £300 just for 3 days now! My husbands with Barclays though so thank you so much for that tip!!! I bet they’re all great live. I saw Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe in America two years ago and it was just the best experience ever! I’ve loved Avenged Sevenfold and Sum 42 since a kid so I’m super hoping I can go 🤞

@Nicoleta we ended up getting tickets and getting accepted into Mini Moshers! So definitely ask me how it goes haha, we are hoping to make it a regular thing but I’ve heard it gets super difficult when they start walking 😅

I'm desperate to go this year, my baby will be just under 6 months. But I'd be too scared to take her, and I'm too anxious to go without her! So I'll probably have to miss it which sucks because the line up is so perfect for me! Nostalgia city!!

@Emma the day tickets were only released a couple of days ago if you wanted to try that! I know lots of people do it, me now being one of them, but you’ve got to be confident that it’s a good idea and you’ll be okay otherwise I think you’ll be so on edge and you definitely won’t enjoy yourself!

I was going to go in 23, but my LO was just under 6MO, and I didn't feel comfortable taking her or leaving her behind, so I had to sell the ticket on in the end 😕 would love to go this year, the line up is AMAZING but i've got a 1MO now too 😂🤦🏼‍♀️... 🤞 for next year 🤔 (better be a decent line up 😅)
