First time tracking
Can anyone tell me when they think iv ovulated? The first dip was when I had discharge and would normally ovulate then the second dip was after a night drinking alcohol but the app moved the suggested ovulation to then I did have a stitch like feeling on one side on this day so it could be 🤔 this is using the flo app I think next month I'm going to use premom so you get the cover line what do you all think? Thank you

Thank you I normally ovulate around then I know I should do the ovulation strips as well I just find them so confusing 🙈
What app are you using? You should also be tracking your cervical mucus and other symptoms like bloating to help better determine day of ovulation.
Are you taking at the same time everyday?

Potentially cycle day 14? It would be more helpful if you tracked ovulation alongside it to be more sure next time though! BBT is great but is affected by so many things so hard to tell but looked like you had a 3 day climb before the drop which would suggest ovulation usually. I use pre mom, much prefer it. X
