PCOS and Progesterone

I have not taken prior to confirmed pregnancy due to not ovulating predictably. But i have taken suppositories starting from confirmed pregnancy test. Worked the last two times.i do have a friend who took throughout cycle due to shortend cycle because of lack of progesterone. Took them 18 months to conceive.

I had an early loss in October and was prescribed progesterone because I became pregnant in December 2023.

I had to take it up to 16 weeks. I did find that my symptoms in the first trimester were magnified by taking it, but it will be different for everyone.

It helps to maintain a good level of progesterone to help develop the baby's growth. I am grateful for being prescribed this.
