Raspberry tea

Holland and Barrett. I don't personally think it helped, I didn't bother with my second.

I’m currently 38+4 and drinking it, I’ve made it into an iced drink with juices as I’m not keen on the taste. Bought from Amazon, brand is Hot Tea Mama

I purchased my raspberry leaf tea at Healthy Planet but have been advised not to start drinking it till at least 32 weeks + as it does soften the cervix and can induce labor , there is tones of recipes to mix it with other things aswell so the taste isn't too bad.

I got mine from Holland & Barrett, hoping not to tear like I did with my first born so decided to give it a go. Haven't given birth yet so can't tell you if it "works" or not yet but I like the taste and find it easier than trying to eat 6 dates a day 🤣 the shop assistant said its good for period pains too when they return and I do feel relaxed when I drink it so can see that being true

I loved the 'hot tea mama' range!!! Bought on amazon or it's in holland&barrett and they have there own website. They have 1 for last trimester called 'the final push' Then one called 'milks up' for during breastfeeding which is supposed to help your supply too!! X

Hot Tea Mama - used for both my pregnancies. Unsure if it helped but both my labours were under 10hours & smooth recovery. Found it tasted nice & no harm in taking 10 mins to enjoy a nice cuppa a few times per day ☺️ ❤️‍🩹

I buy loose leaf organic raspberry leaf on Amazon and drink it all throughout my pregnancies. It tones and uterus and the people saying to not drink it till last few weeks are wrongly informed. I'm on baby #6 and never had a preterm baby.

I bought mine on Amazon by the brand pink stork or you can buy it loose leaf on Amazon too. There are tons of brands just make sure it’s red raspberry leaf not raspberry haha I’ve seen some people get it confused.

I got the yogi tea on Amazon it came as a pack of three so I was loaded lol I definitely think it helped move my induction along
