Help with exercise

Anyone on here who is a pro with exercise that could help me come up with a exercise plan. I'm starting a calorie diet I want to lose 2 to 3 stone. I don't do gyms but I have a cross trainer and boxing pad at home so something mix it up I'm also doing weekly walks upto farm and back woth dog that's around 2 miles and uphill. I'm rather unhappy with my body and just want to lose some weight and feel healthy. I have a poor diet of energy juice, fizzy juice, fast food cakes and snacks. Just a wee bit advice on exercises be great.

Firstly, sort diet out. Rather than high fat high sugar foods, opt for well balanced meals with mix of protein, carbs, vegetables and some fruit for dessert. Keep snacks healthy and high protein to keep you from going for sugary snacks. Drink plenty of fluids and add some electrolytes after exercise. You can replace a meal with Huel drinks if you find that helps. For the cross trainer, opt for high intensity workouts where you go fast and hard in short intervals burst e.g. 1 minute sprints followed by 30 second rest. For the boxing, warm up with a jump rope for ten minutes with 1 minute rounds. Have timed rounds on the pads for a minute followed by minute rest and in the minute you have for the pads, throw as many jabs and punches as you can with footwork and ducking side stepping. For your walks, up the speed to power walks or brisk walks to get the most out of the walk. Go to bed with a high protein snack to see you through the night and aim for 12 hours between dinner and breakfast.

Thankyou so much this helps so much. I'll buy some ropes today. I was thinking of ditching dog on my walks as he's a very slow walker lol. This helps me alot I can now write up a exercise and diet plan. I had my son in 2019 I was a size 8 right up until we moved away from countryside so wasn't walking as much I used to walk 4 miles twice a day. Me and my partner are doing this together as he's also the same he's getting the walking in during his work though as he's a landscape gardener. I really appreciate this Xxx
