Doctor Ramani on YouTube is an incredible resource, she talks about all kinds of situations and just generally how best to deal with a narcissist. My dad is a narcissist and it's been vital in understanding a lot more about my family's dynamics, my childhood and why my mum stayed as long as she did. Good luck ❤️

So sorry you are going through this. I haven’t co parented with one but have had a narcissist as a mentor. There is a book the 48 laws of power. Don’t necessarily need to buy or read the book book if you look up the PDF of the 48 laws of power it will show you how to have the power in the situation. It is sometimes referred to as the narcissist bible or hand book. That was never the intent but if you look at it from that way it shows the way peope try to have the upper hand in situations and you can use it to protect yourself from those situations
