I had to attend alone when I had mine aswell for the same reason as to what they told Elle. The drink is very sweet (I can taste it just thinking about it 🤢) just make sure to take something to keep you occupied x
When I had mine we had to attend alone because there were lots of women having it on the same day so the waiting room filled up. The drink is not as bad as people say it is online it’s just VERY sweet, I recommend if you can take some headphones and a portable charger for the wait, it does go fast but those definitely helped me. And make the most of the cold water if you get nauseous. Sending my support and positivity 🥰
