Baby not eating at daycare

Hello all! This might be premature, as my LO (almost 12 months) is only in her first week at daycare. But so far, she is not eating very much in terms of meals/snacks and straight up refuses bottles while she is there. She’s EBF so bottles aren’t exactly her favourite, but I’m expressing milk for her and she has had bottles in the past. Is this normal during the adjustment period? I’m a FTM so I have no experience with daycare. Should I be worried? Or is it likely to resolve once she’s more used to going? Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Following as I feel I will have the same issues with my little one x

Our daughter who just turned one has been going to daycare for a few weeks and she has been on a food strike while at daycare. At home she eats a lot and will demolish her bottles but at daycare nothing… the educators are very excited when she has a few bites of food! In the beginning it really stressed me out but now I just think if she is really hungry she will eat and she will improve as she settles and I take snacks with me on pick up.

A child will never let themselves actually starve. Remember daycare is a lot for our little people & as long as they catch up some of their intake with dinner & breakfast they will be fine. Before you know it “monkey see, monkey do” will kick in.
