What to do when anxiety pays a visit?
Hi girls! I’m in my second trimester and had a few hiccups, and since then my old friend anxiety has paid me a few visits. I’ve been trying to remain positive by listening to spiritual music and prayer, but sometimes I just feel so physically/spiritually uncomfortable with the idea of the unknown and those feelings of nausea, chest tightening etc will resurface. Any tips on how to navigate this? Much love ✨
