Look into spinning babies! They have an e book available for $10 that gives you positions and exercises to help with this. They do also have some free resources too

I’ve heard sitting in a warm bath and putting an ice pack at the top of your belly!

I’m breech too at 34 weeks and they’re already scheduling my c-section at 37 weeks 🙃 my boy is measuring large and they already said large babies are really hard to flip without the extra room

I had the procedure done in the hospital to try to flip my son. It was unsuccessful & had C-section the very next day @ 39 weeks exactly. The procedure was not painful but wasn’t easy to lay there & have the doctor & a nurse try to manually flip my stubborn boy :) they stopped once they saw I was about to cry, I wanted it to be successful & not to have a C-section but it all turned out great

Is this your first?

@Brittany yes

I have heard of people doing inversions. So let me see if I can explain this well lol 😆 .... get a chair or something sturdy and possibly someone to help you. But put you're knees on the chair. Keep you're thighs and hips at 90 degrees and rest you're elbows and fore arms on the floor for 3 to 5 deep breaths. No longer than 30 seconds at a time. Then sit up or have someone help you up. And take 3 to 5 more deep breaths before you attempt to move. That might help. It's supposed to help with babies that like thier head up like flip because of the change of gravity and blood flow. Practice with caution don't hurt yourself!

Spinning babies! 🥰🙏✨

I saw a chiropractor who specializes in the Webster method and my baby literally flipped overnight. I could tell by the way the change in my belly’s appearance, and it was confirmed by ultrasound a few days later
