Are epsom salt baths safe if you’re a breastfeeding mama
I have a cold and usually I take a epsom salt bath to draw out the toxins. I just didn’t know if it was safe since I’m breastfeeding.

They are, as I was recommended this to clear blocked ducts. However if you very recently had a vaginal birth and stitches , I was advised against it by midwife for first few weeks

I’d assume so… I was advised to give my nipples an Epsom salt soak to help unclog my ducts x
