They prescribed me flexeral but it hasn’t helped at all just makes me dizzy and tired but does nothing for the pain it’s mainly my right side my left is fine but my left leg is starting to get weak from having to be the strong leg for my right
It’s probably too late for any effective exercises at this point, but painkillers and a hot water bottle should at least relive some of the pain. A pregnancy belt too if you don’t already use one. Sorry I can’t advise on the labour aspect, but good luck mama
@Lauren is baby possibly positioned ROA? Has made my right side awful, my hip used to pop out in that side and I had to wear a brace and she still favours that side! Feel free to message not much advice but I know the pain! It’s 4.30am where I am and it’s reason I’m awake 😂
@Emily what is ROA all I know is baby is head down and I wish pain killers relived my pain nothing g helps not even warm baths bc as soon as I have to turn to get out of the bath extreme pain
@Lauren it’s when baby is head down and back is lying into your right side
@Emily I’m unsure obgyn hasn’t mentioned that to me just said she’s head down and super low
@Emily my baby girl loves constantly tho like there’s not a time where I don’t see her switching sides or moving about in there
I’ve had severe pgp since around 15 week I’m coming up 37 weeks and the pain is unbearable they basically told me same painkiller’s ( I was prescribed stronger ones than paracetamol earlier in pregnancy) also found not sticking to same position all the time helps too it’s annoying but if you seize up the pain is awful
