I need sleep more than I need time in the dark to myself. It’s crazy people suggest busy mums sacrifice sleep to get in exercise or similar. Sleep is the most important thing! I start my day anywhere between 5-6am, whenever my toddler wakes me up
My kids wake at 9am so I wake at 8. Go for a 40 min walk. Shower. Make hubs coffee and my tea. If kids wake before I’m done hubs got them.
Nah. I lounge in bed as long as possible. 😅 I also bedshare with my 3 year old and 4 month old. They stay up until 12-1. I am not an affectionate person with adults but for whatever reason, it doesn't bother me for them to hang all over me all day.
