Second baby!

For me it was when the pregnancy test came up positive 🙈 that’s not strictly true. My youngest is 11 weeks and I still don’t feel ready 😂

I’ve been thinking about this almost daily. Especially cause I have a friend who’s eldest is about 6 weeks younger than my son and she’s just had another baby so makes me feel like maybe it’s time to start thinking about it. But then on the other hand I want more time with my son as the only child for a little longer. It’s difficult, I don’t think you’ll ever know when it’s time, at least I don’t think I will 😵‍💫

Thank you 😊 We always said we wanted to but she was a little earlier than planned. Honestly for us it was probably about the best way it could have worked out because we’d always be waiting on the ‘right time’ amongst everything else going on

It’s a mad house at times and it’s a full on military exercise trying to leave the house or do a simple task but when I see my eldest giving his sister a hug or helping to burp her it makes your heart melt 🥰 x

I’ve been procrastinating for 6 months (mine is 18 months too) not actively trying but also not using protection, ‘see what happens’ attitude but still I wasn’t 100% sure of what we should do…….. last week we found out baby 2 is coming so now here we are 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Just going with the flow and not overthinking it ☺️ A lot of people have told me that if you know u want a second one it’s better to keep them closer in age if possible - if that helps ☺️

@Shirley oh congratulations! I do feel sad that I’ve almost missed the window this month to fall pregnant so maybe that’s a sign!

Thanks 🙏 I’m sure that IS a sign 😊 Try not to overthink it, and don’t forget that your 18 month old will be almost 2.5 by the time the next one comes along if ur pregnant in the next few months. They’ll be at a totally different level than they are now. ☺️ good luck with whatever u decide. x
