Abroad holiday questions.. please help a mother in need 😂

So I had quite a few questions to ask advice on.. 1. What are the best toys to take for the plane 2. Disposable swim nappy or a neoprene one- or both?! 3. Best Suncream for kids & adults 4. Best slip free shoes for the pool 5. All in one swimsuit or just shorts 6. Can you take the pram through security and on to the plane with you? I fly with jet 2 Thanks! X

1. Books, fidget toys, possibly a tablet if you have one 2. I usually take both disposable and reusable swim nappies 3. I recommened garnier spray on factor 50 for kids, I think boots do a pack which has both kids and adults sun cream in the pack. 4. My daughter is 2 and wears flip flops or sliders around the pools 5. My daughter has one piece swimming costumes with just shoulder straps but also has an all in one with long sleeves and legs 6. I usually fly with tui who don't let you take buggy on plane but you can keep it with you right up until the gate right before you get on the plane and then the staff will put it in baggage hold (no charge for the buggy), unsure about jet 2 rules for this, but more than likely the same or similar x Hope this helps, there isn't really any right answers for these questions, the first 5 are just down to preference xx

1. Download tv programmes and movies that your child loves on a tablet or phone. Books that your child loves. Any toys that don’t have parts that can fall off causing a melt down. 2. Just disposable 3. Make sure it’s factor 50. I think I used Nivea but got one for my child and adults a different one. 4. I bought basic sandels from Clark’s. Took them off when in the water. 5. All in one swimsuit. Less chances of getting sunburnt. 6. You can take the pram right up to the gate. The child has to be taken out of the pram only when you’re going through the security scanners. I.e. they can stay in the pram while you’re queuing in security.

Make sure to change them in their holiday clothes before you board the plane and your own clothes as well. Wear a jacket if needed but put it in your bag before sitting down.

Thank you! Xx

Extra tip: make sure to have a juice box or milk or any of their favourite drink ( buy after security) with a straw to sip whilst the plane is making a dash across the runway for take-off, timing is essential. Last thing you want is a kid in discomfort because of ear popping!

1.Play doh, stamps, coloring books for the plane, fun food to eat like cheese sticks that can be peeled or like youghurt pouches or animal crackers, brand new toy can be a version of a toy your have home already just have it brand new 2.you can reuse swim nappies as long as they don't have an poo in them so just take like one of those or neoprene one if you have two just in case 3. As long as they are 50 and aren't aerosol ones any will do, lidld has good ones and don't seem to show an allergy 4. You could grab little Croc sandals or jelly shoes or beach shoes , I don't suggest flip flops because at this age they don't really secure the feet very well 5. If it's very sunny and they are in and out of water all the time I would go for all in one shit long skeve shirt and shorts or similar combination 6. Depends on your pram and if it fits in the cabin, most of the time they still ask you to leave it when you reach the plane
