Might be worth him checking with his GP if he is exhausted beyond what he should be? Rule any medical cause - thyroid problems, low iron, depression etc..
My partner is the same way always moans how tired he is when I do all the night wakes and he often get to stay in bed with the baby and I get up with ther toddler. (Older child will not let me stay in bed ends up waking baby up when I try and kick dad outta bed 😒) It is very frustrating, finding a calm way of talking about you frustration can be very difficult but need to find a way that works for both of you. Iv found when it starts getting heated, ill say well iv tried to talk to you, I dont want to argue I want you to understand how I feel. Now im going.. to bed or to clean up or what ever. Might not work for everyone but my partner usually mulls it over more once im gone more than when im actually talking to him. And health issues especially mental health can play a large part so that might be worth checking on that 🙃 Sorry your feeling this way, having young babies is so hard on people and relationships
@Catherine this page is so helpful, not just on the tired stuff! Thank you
