Falling over all the time

My baby has recently started crawling and trying to pull herself up on absolutely everything. She loves her activity table but she has fallen and hit her head a couple of times literally in the last 30 mins. Most of the time she carries on playing and sometimes she cries and is better after a cuddle but it does stress me out a bit. Should I continue letting her play and explore and be an independent miss or am I supposed to sit ready to catch her at all times?
