Thrush type appearances on little girls vagina.

I've had a Google (will go to pharmacy tomorrow) my girl isn't in any discomfort but has white thick vernixy type substance emerging from vagina. She isn't itching or anything. Has anyone's little ones had this. Google says thrush is unlikely?.
