Pushed to find a new job 😬

Okay, so I've been at my current nonprofit job for almost 10 years now, and I LOVE IT ♥ Have gotten to use all of my skills/ talents, am 100% aligned with the mission, get to work full-time from home with great pay and have moved up within the organization (I'm now nationally managing programs I used to Coordinate/ Facilitate locally). The problem is that we're currently in the middle of a VERY hostil nonprofit takeover by a corporate entity that was *SUPPOSED TO BE* our primary funder... Our IP is basically being systemmatically cannibalized and funding cut. It's really bad guys 😔 That said, we haven't been able to diversify our funding the way we've needed to over the last year- senior staff members are leaving, our finance manager left last week, and I've been told our "days are numbered." I think that I will have between 6 months to 1 year of secure payroll before who knows 🤷‍♀️ Long story short, I need to start looking for something else NOW and am DREADING IT! I hate looking for work and doubt I'll find anything that lets me keep working remote & pays as well... Any words of advice on making this BIG transition? My daughter is 7 months old & husband is doing the stay at home Dad thing 💙
