Hey lovely ladies my partner has low sperm count has anyone been able to get pregnant first time with ivf? Or naturally?

How low is it. My husband's was a little low and he was able to make huge improvements with diet/lifestyle chance. But I doubt that would help for major issues.
I have a successful story. We have low sperm count and despite that we managed to get pregnant naturally 5 years ago. We still don't know how it happened based on the results, doctors also wonder. We also just had a successful transfer which was our first IVF cycle. We had ICSI treatment and my partner was taking supplements. He couldn't change his diet, he tried but was still lacking a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Probably not the success story you want to hear but a success story nonetheless. We did 3 retrievals and had to get a sperm donor as my husbands sperm was just not creating blastocysts with my eggs but our second transfer worked and I am not pregnant. Best of luck
