Ovulation Test

Hi all this might be a very dumb question but I miscarried early this month. I found out that my hcg had gone to zero on the 8th. It must’ve been already going down though as I believe it was a chemical because I had a period basically when it went up and went down. I was hoping it was a hemorrhage but I miscarried at 5 or 6 weeks. Yesterday and today I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms all over again. Mainly nausea and my boobs are swollen like they haven’t ever really been but when I was pregnant. Oh and cramping but again not period cramping like cramping I had when I was pregnant. I literally bought ovulation tests yesterday to see if I can figure out when I peak again to try again. But now I’m wondering if I could be pregnant again? I can’t make it to the store to buy an HCG test until tomorrow but I did take some LH tests. My tests today in the morning and just now in the evening are negative. My question is do you all think it’s possible maybe that I have already conceived again? If you have a negative LH test can you be pregnant? Or if you were pregnant would your LH tests for sure be positive? Thanks!
