Sleepless nights

Does anyone have any advice, my LO is almost 4 weeks old now, she’s not the best sleeper at night, she used to be amazing and would go 2/3 hours between feeds however lately she won’t even let me put her down, she wakes straight away and cries so I’m getting no sleep. We’ve tried swaddling & white noise but at a loose end on what to try next!! She has also started to be sick and spit up after every single feed so have been keeping her upright atleast 30mins after a feed and burping during.

Are you breastfeeding the laid back position can help a bit with wind I think as they're upright

You could try co sleeping? Our baby was like this at 6 weeks and we just took it in shifts. So we’d each have him for half the night. It sucks but you just have to do whatever it takes to get through at that stage.

Is it silent reflux maybe? May be hurting her when she lays flat? I could hear it with my first born and started around 5/6 weeks

The dr prescribed her omperazole which helped

My LO is at a similar stage ,only difference is he sleeps 4-5 hours at night ,Honestly try the sock type zip up swaddles they’re better and more snug,if you use those then that’s cool, I burp throughout feeds as well but sometimes it’s inevitable for them to spit up, if it’s like projectile throwing up the feeding every once in a while sometimes baby’s stomachs are weird and that happens it did to me this morning but the rest of his feeds were normal,if it’s constant I’d see a pediatrician ,it happens to most baby’s, what I also do is change his diaper in the middle of his feeding so that when I finish the bottle and he starts falling asleep I don’t disturb him/wake him up,but if you’ve tried these things and they don’t work I’d just see you LO’s pediatrician and ask for advice, I also don’t recommend co sleeping constantly cause my LO started to not wanna sleep in his bassinet at all so I broke that habit and only co sleep during the day but that’s up to you
