First nap
How long after your baby wakes for the day do they have their first nap? My little boy will sleep through the night for 7-8 hours.. wake up for the day have a bottle and a play.. but then an hour later he’s so tired and gone down for a nap.
Is this normal? 😂 rest of the day he can have about a 4 hour wake window

It’s really normal that a newborn has short wake windows like 1hr. Just watch his cues and let him nap if he needs it I say! We woke for the day at 7am today, my daughter is passed out asleep in the sling on a walk as I type this!
Yep! My 9 week old seems to go off for his morning nap the easiest! X
We wake up at 8am for the day and I don’t let his wake window go over 1 hour 30, a typical wake window is 45 minutes for us as he gets grouchy!
