Unisom or melatonin. Pillow between your knees and under your belly

Pregnancy helped some also magnesium

I had really bad restless legs during my pregnancy, so I used a magnesium spray and it also ended up helping me sleep. My husband would rub it into my legs and I would knock out almost instantly.

I had major insomnia, some days being up as long as 20 hours for the days that it did work, half a unisom & magnesium

Unisom 50 mgs

Unisom for sure

Apparently it is very common for women to not be able to sleep well when they find out their pregnant. My Dr suggested magnesium, unisome, but I take melatonin as needed. It's crazy bc I feel tired, but can't sleep. Good luck

I know the feeling. I'm exhausted halfway through the day so I'll sleep then when my little girl is watching a show for an hour, but then at night I'm exhausted but can't get comfortable even after she's asleep next to me. I'll listen to something that helps me fall asleep and got myself a weighted silk eyemask on Amazon. It helps to keep my eyes closed and relax

Thank you ladies so much this has been very helpful!
