Sleep longer than 1 to 2 hrs?!

How! My first 3 always slept 3-4 hours. I can handle that. I was also 10 years younger but still. This 4th baby was sleeping 10 hours a night at 3 weeks till 6 months then it was every 3 hours. No biggie. Now she's almost 11 months old and for the past 3 weeks or so she's been doing 1-2 hours a night and it's killing me! When she was teething I'd get 1 to 2 nights with 3-7 hours but then back to 1 to 2 hours a night and it's killing me. How do I get her to sleep longer?! She's exclusively Breastfed. Won't take a bottle of formula and does eat solids but not much. Help!

My son is 8 month and sometimes only sleeps 15 minutes or 1-2 hrs but only if I am holding him. He gets formula 3-4 times a day and eats soft food (purées with baby oatmeal or soft finger food or soups). I spoke to my doctor about my concerns about his sleep patterns and she suggested I should swaddle him when he sleeps and give him some Tylenol. She believes the teething is extremely uncomfortable for him which causes him to wake up, the swaddle helps him feel as though he’s being snuggled or held. My son also has a tendency of moving to much in his sleep which wakes him up from his sleep.
