@Tristan any suggestions on how to cleanse myself / space. I've been struggling the last few weeks I've I've been honest. I've just been cleaning and having salt baths but that's about it. I'm not even able to meditate or anything :/ and my mood has been so erratic
I like homemade tea with herbs and a cleansing bath. I use different herbs depending on what calls to me. Lavender is always a good one and so is sage. I also set up crystals on the edge of the bath for the extra healing energy. Listen to music you love and meditate using that. Meditation is being in the moment. Thinking of your breathing and such in relation to your favorite music will help you focus
