@Toni I have an ob appointment tomorrow and idk if my office has an on call ob during off hours or not because last time i tried to call them about something no one answered and I had to call the labor and delivery line and I just want to make sure if I go in that I go at the right time and not go in too early to were they send me home idk how to tell when I am making the right choice it lasted me 10mins when I was at brams and then plus the whole walk home I am laying down and it seems to be okay if it was a real contraction then maybe I am in early labor because my water hasn't broken
Do you happen to have a contraction counter? It could help to lay down with a cold glass of water and relax paying extra close attention to any tightening, pain, and fetal movements for a couple hours. If anything seems concerning to you after that it's always better to go in and have them send you home with peace of mindđź’š
@Toni no the best thing I have is a timer I was out and about when it happened had time went on it got worse and when I layed down it helped go away
@Toni and the baby's movements feels like pulses

Definitely a contraction of some sort. Probably an intense Braxton hicks contraction. I'd tell your doctor just incase though
