Am I in Labor?
I just turned 39wks today, & I had already felt contracting all day but no pain. I went for my daily walk & now I can’t sit flat or lay on my back without my entire pelvis front to back lighting on fire. Yet I’m still not sure if I’m even fully contracting bc there’s no full tummy pain???

I count a contraction as you can’t really talk through it and you have to stop what you are doing, if you feel like your stomach is tightening but not really any pain, I would drink lots of water to help. Those might be Braxton hicks. Also the sharpe pain, people call lighting crotch, your body is preparing for labor. I hope this helps 💕
