Sleeping through the night

My baby is about to be 3 months old. She is still not sleeping through the night. She will wake atleast twice through the night is anyone else in the same boat? Any recommendations on how to help? We don’t pick her up straight away when she wakes up either in hopes she will go back to sleep!

My little one is the same, he’s 13 weeks, still wakes at 11.30 then 3.30 for milk! Despite having full feeds and good naps all day 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think all babies are so different. Some people are just very fortunate to get babies to sleep through the night so don't worry. We were sleeping until 2/3am with a bedtime around 7.30/8 and then going back to sleep until 6am after a feed from like 10 weeks old. Now we're in a sleep regression I think waking up every hour and needing 2 full feeds over night at almost 17 weeks lol

My first daughter who is 17 months now only started sleeping through the night just before her first birthday, my 3 month old now is already only waking once so imagine she might do it before that, each baby is different so don’t worry yourself x

This is very normal, my little one still wakes a few times a night and has also regressed slightly and sometimes wakes up every hour! I think bottle fed babies tend to sleep through the night, but breastfed babies will still need feeding x

My baby is bottle fed still he wakes at 11pm, 2am, 4.30am and then 7 🤪 he's almost 12 weeks x

3 months is very young to expect a baby to sleep through the night.

My little boy started sleeping through just after 12 weeks. We didn't do anything different, it just happened one night. Sometimes i will have to feed him once in the night but it might just happen for you. Give it some time :-) xx

It’s normal infant sleep to be waking at night time at 3 months old. Whilst it is exhausting, it’s normal. Most babies this age aren’t sleeping through, only the minority are.

Some people just get lucky, and you can try what they do and it might help, but it also might not because babies are all individual.
My almost 3yo still doesn’t sleep through consistently.

My 13 week old usually gets fed between 8pm and 9pm and wakes around 1 and again around 5. Last night he was up every hour and a half from 1am. His naps are all over the place at the minute aswell 🙄

My LG is the same. Goes to sleep at 9, wakes at 2am and then fully wakes to start the day at 5am …..

I got my baby to sleep through the night because of … being lucky 😂 I’m just lucky I have a baby that sleeps through the night! We do bedtime routine between 9-10pm, then we wake her slightly for a dream feed around half 11, so she has a nice full tummy for the night, she wakes between 6-7am

This is totally normal - 3 month olds very rarely sleep through the night.

My LB went a few weeks with waking once and now is waking up 2 or 3 times. Presume it’s a regression. I guess they’re all different. Last night though, I didn’t give him a bottle at 3am I gave him a dummy which I don’t normally do and he went back to sleep until 7am!!

Totally normal … my first slept through the night aged 2!!! And what I’ve seen with my fiends is that even if they had great sleepers as babies, it’s all changed again in toddler years.
Embrace the sleep deprivation…!

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Breastfeeding

Does it ever feel better? The actual feeding part of it is going really well and baby boy is growing so well. I’m struggling with how my boobs feel day to day - it’s really getting me down most days. The let downs make me feel awful and sounds silly but, I am also really missing not wearing a bra! 9 weeks postpartum and still getting fairly engorged, even with comfort pumping.

Any advice or just shared stories would help. I’m so torn between carrying on because I enjoy the feeding side of it or switching to formula.

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Strange question

Hello. I would identify myself as asexual but yes i am married and i have a child. But now that ive had my baby. I think its solidified that im done having sex. I feel bad as my partner keeps asking me but i just dont want to. Any advice on what i can do? Any other asexual moms out there? I guess this could be confusing but im not huge on being bound by a label. I have just always felt it represented me best since highschool.
