Egg retrieval

Send me all the good vibes for my first ever egg retrieval tomorrow morning!!! And send all your love and prayers that our little embryos grow and can be freshly transfer and the rest frozen!! Any tips for after care from the retrieval!?

Best of luck to you!! Take the rest of the day after for some deserved R&R. Lounge on the couch, watch your favorite show, and stay hydrated. Make sure to increase your salt intake and electrolytes after to avoid risk of OHSS. I didn’t get it but I hear some people do. And just enjoy! It’s such an exciting time. You did the hard work. Now it’s time to pray and hope you have some strong little embabies to choose from. 🤍

Hi good luck! Sending good energy! Heating pad, comfy clothes and a lot of electrolytes salt and protein! I drank so much Gatorade and V8, and snacks like salted nuts or jerky were recommended. I also managed to take little walks, and just move around a bit without pushing yourself too much. ❤️ You’ve got this!!
