Vitamin D

Until what age are we supposed to give it to the baby? Also, how can I get it for free if not seeing the health visitor for a few months now?

The pharmacy will give you them for free.

I pick it up from the doctors surgery. Can’t remember if it’s 2yrs or 3yrs old

until fully weaned from breast milk my HV said. You can get them for free from pharmacies just call around your local pharmacies and ask if they stock the free healthy start vitamin D drops ☺️

I'm going to keep giving it tbh. I take a supplement myself so to me it makes sense to keep giving it to my wee one. We don't get enough from the sun here anyway xx

Forever! Especially in the UK. We don't get enough natural vitamin D so should be supplementing anyway, even as adults. X
