Ovulation Testing
Finished my period yesterday and going to start testing tomorrow and I just needed a bit of advise?
Do I test once a day until my numbers start to increase a then twice a day to hopefully catch my peak? Also when testing once a day what’s the best time to test?
Yep. They say to avoid first thing in the morning, otherwise anytime is fine. Once you get to know what’s normal for you, you can test less often. For example, I don’t usually peak until CD15-16 so I will usually test between CD10-CD17. Sex every other day is encouraged during your fertile window. Good luck!
