Incontinence

I’m 24+5 weeks and for the first time ever I’ve just wet myself 🫣. Is this normal for 24-25 weeks?

Totally normal hun😁

You sneeze, you wet yourself, you fart, you wet yourself 🤣 I 💩 myself after giving birth. I was about 6 weeks pp.

The amount of times I wet myself whilst pregnant 😂 being sick, laughing all of it don’t worry

Very normal my MIL bought me some incontinence pads and they have saved me

You can do pelvic exercises to help it but it doesn't help much to me

I'd reccomend to see a pelvic health physio ladies. Incontinence isn't normal in pregnancy or post partum but it happens to a lot of women which is why it's seen as 'normal'. Pelvic floor can either be too tight or too weak which can cause it and a physio will let you know what exercises work best for you ☺️ (I'm a sport therapist working specifically with women and 37w with no leaking and only waking once a night to pee! All of us health professionals are trying to change the narrative surrounding incontinence ☺️)
