Cramps and spiritual feeling 14 weeks

I’m 14 weeks and have had mild cramps all day. They have suddenly got stronger and I feel drained in all my lims like the don’t have enough blood in them. I have the feeling of a permanent head rush and like I might throw up. But it’s also being accompanied by a spiritual feeling spreading through my body. Does anyone know what’s going on? I called the midwife and they just said take a painkiller (not necessary) and tell the GP (as if I can just call up and get through to my GP) and to call them back if it doesn’t go away. I have read that the sole moves in during the forth month, also that karmas from the past get reflected in cravings during second trimester. Just curious if anyone has an insight from the spiritual perspective? 🙏🪷
