Naps
What does everyone’s routine look like with 1 nap. My daughter has started waking up an hour later so the past few days I’ve only been letting her have 1 nap so that bedtimes still on track. She’ll nap for 1h30 to 2hrs so still the same amount of time she was getting with 2 naps really. But she seems to be getting super tired for the last wake window before bed. I’m also struggling to fit in 3 meals and she still has 2 bottles (cows milk) can I drop the morning bottle? (Usually has 8 ounces). She eats a lot of food so I feel like to keep up with the “guidelines” I’m constantly offering her stuff or spending half the day in the high chair. I’ll show what our routine usually looks like
7am-8am- wake up and has bottle (7 ounces)
9am-10am- breakfast
12-1/2ish - nap
1/2ish- dinner
6pm- tea
7pm- bed and bottle (8 ounces)
Mine only has an evening cup of milk! 730am wakes up 8am breakfast 11am-1pm nap 1pm lunch 5pm dinner 6pm milk and bed He occasionally has a snack in the day if he asks for one but normally!
