Please help me out … How many hours do your partners and husbands spend on their own hobbies each week? How many hours do you spend? Are you happy with the arrangement?

I go to choir for an hour and just started guitar lessons which are half an hour but never get chance to practice. Choir is after bedtime and guitar is whilst he's at childminders. My husband goes to Warhammer (nerd club) for 4 hours a week which obviously starts way before bed time 🙄 he then paints his little toys most evenings once j is in bed but I go to bed about 9.30pm so don't get chance to do anything once the house is sorted after the kids are fed and little one down etc

I get frustrated that he has energy on an evening to stay up and do things after working all day, where as ik knackered from looking after the kids. He definitely has the easy job by working and not staying home 🤬

Partner goes to the gym 3/4 days a week after work and once on the weekend for an hour each time. Plays Xbox for 30-45 minutes an evening once toddler is in bed. I go to a dance class one evening a week for an hour 👀 the difference is astronomical but hey ho. I love spending the time with my son and want to spend as much time with him as I can while he’s young. Just wish my partner could see how much more free time he has compared to me 😅

Neither of us have any time for hobbies except perhaps in school holidays 😂

My husband suffers with anxiety and depression so I've encouraged him to get out more in the hope it will help ease it a little. So he is out on a Wednesday evening for football and Thursday for his singing. I go out once a month usually with my mom friends but I'm happy with our arrangement. He is great at doing the kids clubs with them on a Saturday so I can sort the house out in peace.

I go to spinning for an hour every Thursday and try have a child free day at least once a month on weekend. My husband plays squash at least 3 times a week which can be from an hour up to three if it's team matches and/or goes to the gym. I quite like my evenings watching rubbish TV so it doesn't really bother me 😅

My husband has a round of golf at the weekend and football, now it’s getting lighter he’s going to golf after work. I don’t know how he has the energy to do stuff after work 😅 I have my yoga Sunday morning and meditation Monday night (this one is online so I can be in pjs) I work 2 evenings a week as it is so I don’t really like then going out in my free evenings and instead rather unwind in pjs watching some tv

Partner goes to the gym every morning before work and I wake up with little one, it doesn’t annoy me because it’s the morning I think if it was after work it would stress me out 😂

We both try to go to the gym about 3/4 times a week. Not every week is even but it’s works itself out overall

I go out a run most evenings after little one is down if they are down early or will try to get to spin in the AM before he is up and my husband will be in the house.

Neither of us have time for hobbies, I get home from work at 7pm, we do bedtime and then partner goes to work at 8pm 😔

@Kirsty every day? That's ROUGH :(

@Mel s yep, well but 2 nights a week when we get 2 evenings together 🤦🏼‍♀️
