Nap time
My son started daycare this week and they nap from 12-2 and he is only napping for about an hour. He’s refusing a later afternoon nap after I pick him up. Anyone else’s 10 month old on one nap a day? I’m worried this is bad for him 😔

They have a set time for infants to nap? They don't do that at mine until one year old. But mine usually only takes one longer nap during the day while there. When at home on the weekends she still takes two though
Usually they switch to 1 nap around a year old. So seems a little early but I wouldn’t worry about it too much. It might take a week or so but I bet he’ll adjust. My kids always napped much better at daycare than at home 🙄

Sometimes my daughter naps a second and sometimes she doesn’t. Honestly I haven’t noticed it affects her much. Other than she’s a little bit more grouchy but I think it’s fine! Every baby is different they’ll tell you when they’re tired
