I had similar pain on and off randomly got around 3-4 hours one night when I was about 26-27 weeks but haven't had it since. It was worse whenever I tried to stand up and walk around. I was told it was probably Braxton hicks. It has not happened since though and I'm currently 30+1. And I had a scan at 28 weeks as well as a checkup from my midwife a few days ago and my little boy is growing well and very active. I hadn't had any falls though and I've been told any falls, even if they didn't hurt or didn't land on belly/back/bum etc to still go and get checked out anyway just in case x

I had this and midwife said it’s where baby is moving to get into right position if your worried deffo call lb line xxx

Thank god I’m not the only one 28 weeks and I’m struggling to relax and feeling those period cramps now I keep thinking not to be dramatic but is it early labour?😭i just saw my midwife 2 days ago I don’t think shes head down just yet but I’m definitely also feeling constant pressure on my bladder

@Gracie This is me at the moment. I'm 27+2. Period like pains around my pelvis on and off for the last couple of days. I even spoke to triage who said if there is no bleeding and you're feeling regular movement, then it's likely just muscles and my uterus not being as strong as this is my second baby. She was lovely though and told me to phone back if anything changed. He seems to be sat on my bladder a lot too! The joys of pregnancy!

@cassie I wish that was the reason for me when I had that pain. He was sideways at his growth scan that I had after the pains x

Because of the fall I'd say definitely get it checked out!
