Exercise routine

Hey mamas! I’m wanting to get back in the gym. How do I fit it into my schedule? I want to bring my daughter with me since she is 2 months now. I’m currently working from 8:30-4 PM and both her daycare and my gym are 10 minutes or less from where I work.

It may be easier to leave baby girl at daycare so that you can go work out right after you get off work then pick her up after depending on what time the daycare closes.. or if you find a gym with a daycare in it that’s convenient as well

I have a jogging stroller that I use to jog with my son and it honestly motivates me so much to have him with me.
