Somebody please help this mama out!¡

So basically I'm a sahm with a 2yr old and 1 yr old and my kids aren't entertained theyre getting tired of playing with the same toys and yes we have a yard they can go outside and play BUT the yard is FULL of stickers yk the realy painful ones and my landlord is very strict on what i can have outside no trampolines no swimmingpools no playground no sandbox etc etc im not sure what to do anymore idk how to entertain them ,if you have any suggestionsPLEASE LMK ,if it cost money please be budget friendly (also I only own 1 vehicle and my husband uses it the most so no I can't just go to the park or walk to the park i don't live near a park 😭😭🤣)

I’m going thru something similar . So at this point I just become their teacher and teach numbers colors and letters lol.

@Janicee teaching is about the only thing I do 🤣it's great I love how much they learned but I just feel bad that they can't play outside or when I see them get uninterested in toys yk

You don’t have to walk to a park. Just go for a walk, does the two year old have a balance bike/ trike/ scooter?

I have two different toy boxes, so I’ll keep getting the same one out for a while then when they get bored I swap it out for the other box and it seems more ‘new’ to her 😂 seems to work for us x

So I’m allowed outside stuff for my yard at our rental, but we don’t have anything thanks to the last storm we had. So my son just takes his toys out of his room and goes outside. If I could get anything with it being warmer weather and what not maybe chalk (if you have like a paved driveway or patio), sprinkler and/or splash pad (something you can pick up but yet they get to play in water), not sure if you can get the kids maybe ride on cars like power wheels or even bikes/balance bikes/tricycles. And if you go with the sprinkler or splash pad option you can put a tarp down under it so they don’t get hurt by the stickers. Saying that made me realize you can also use a tarp for a water slide 😂😂 sorry I’m from the south and we usually had to use what we had on hand for outdoor fun activities lol

It’s okay for them to be bored sometimes! Sensory bins can be a great way to entertain and keep mixing it up.

@Lisa we don't have a bike nor a scooter but I will look into that tysm do you have any brand suggestions?

@Libbie tysm for that advice, i just get rid of the old toys 😖 do you occasionally buy new toys if so do you add a new rotation or just throw it in

@Taylor with this warm weather I would love a splash pad tysm for this advice I'm not sure if I can go thru with it tho cuz my landlord is very strict but again tysm you gave me some ideas

@Alice do you have any ideas for sensorybins ? My kids put everything in thier mouth 🤣idk if I should do it with food or like sensory toys ?,,and I understand they can be bored sometimes but it's the same thing daily I just wanna switch it up sometimes
