Baby suddenly being sick a lot more

My LO will be 5 months next week and has suddenly started spitting up way more than usual. She used to only do it a little after feeds but now it seems like she’s doing it all day, it’s never too much but is really thick and mucasy. Pretty sure she is teething so is that normal for teething babies? She doesn’t seem bothered by it when she does it but sometimes makes a funny face when it’s in her mouth as if it tastes weird to her
