Hell no. I have a big birthday shortly and have never felt so big & frumpy. For me intermittent fasting is what I find works and I can do it without feeling like it’s impacting any social life etc. I’d say 13-25 weeks. 1-2lb a week is a healthy amount x

Agree with Cal, I do intermittent fasting, no eating after 7pm and eat from 12pm, sometimes if I’ve had an earlier or small dinner I’ll allow from 11am. Takes a few days to get into it but then is second nature. Then I still eat basically whatever in sensible moderation. Obviously you can’t have take out on a regular and if you do it with a good diet you’ll loose more. I choose this as it’s something easy to maintain instead of a fad quick fix diet that isn’t something I could continue long term x

I lost 57lbs (113kg to 87kg) from birth to about a year later. We just go out for walks on weekends and I walk everywhere if I can. I don’t have the healthiest diet (picky with textures) so I don’t each much, I’m in a calorie deficit pretty much always but by accident, I didn’t realise it but I do naturally eat between 12pm-7pm. Don’t get me wrong I’m still overweight and have stagnated now though, again as above about 25 weeks you want to lose it slowly and healthily. Also remember water weight being a woman I always fluctuate by +/- 3kg x

I lost a couple of stone during pregnancy (sickness) and kept it off during mat leave but then since going back to work I’ve piled it all back on and them some 😩

I go to a mum and toddler exercise group twice a week which has really helped me! And I also do intermittent fasting as well, although not everyday as sometimes I’m too tired and just need food! Going on lots of walks as well has helped :)

Look into your nutrition, balance macros, drink lots of water and eat plenty of fibre ☺️ I’m offering free 1-1 consultations atm if you think that could help xx
