I'm actually not sure if I was tested at delivery, I know I was tested during my pregnancy but I was very upfront with all my doctors and I live in Cali and I smoke my entire pregnancy because I was so sick.

Well now im scared 😭 im set for induction may 10, and havnt stopped, it just helps my mental depression and anxiety and overall stress. Its definitely not legal here tho.

I had it in my system when I had my daughter, a cps worker came in and was super sweet she asked my reasoning for using and it was because of my sickness and sometimes helped me eat, she told me a lot of women actually have it in their systems! Either a person shows up at your house or they don’t and she said they usually let that stuff go!!

Girl, just make sure you got your shit together and your house is cleann. They aren't gonna take your kids away for weed. They are just gonna make sure you're taking care of yourself and your child.

No, I was only drug tested in the very beginning of my pregnancy..unless they were testing everytime I peed in a cup before delivery.. but not test at delivery

My first pregnancy I stopped as soon as I got the positive result and it took at least 3.5 months. I stopped testing after the 3.5 month mark so idk how long it truly tookto leave my system but I was popping positive with at home pee tests at least up until then. Idk if I was ever tested, they never told me, they just asked me if I had my medical card and had been smoking (since I did) at the hospital during induction.

I definitely took a big risk by stopping two days before I gave birth only because it’s not really legal without a medical card in Utah but everything was good we all got to go home together with no issues from me smoking

They ended up changing policy a week before they would retest before delivery and never tested at delivery

Yes i was because and his cord blood came back positive too, but they didnt do anything because i have my med card

You Always have a right to refute testing and bloodwork during pregnancy and at delivery……
