I think my baby has colic….

I could be wrong as I’m a first time Mummy, but I think my little one has colic. I’m usually against playing Dr Goggle with symptoms, but it feels like a switch has gone and my once very content bubba has suddenly in the past week become so unsettled and the signs according to Google point to being colic. She is 4 weeks old and is quite content during the day, sleeping and feeding ok, but as the clock strikes 5/6pm everything changes and she becomes completely restless and will settle for no more than 10 minutes before the screaming fit continues. I’ve ticked the boxes…feed, change, winding etc but still will not stop crying or settle. It’s relentless and I’m not afraid to admit it’s making me feel like a useless Mum, exhausted beyond belief and frustrated that nothing I’m doing is helping. Does anyone have any tips on how I tackle this difficult stage? How long does it generally last and what can I do to help my baby? Any help is appreciated. X

Sorry you're both going through this. Have you tried giving him infacol? If not you can try that and give her before each feed. Have you tried changing her clothes and giving her a warm birth? Be sure she's not taking in too much of wind through her bottle. Try lay her on her tummy for like 10min when she's sleepy, then you can turn her side or back if you feel like it..colic will last for 3month , don't worry it seems far but she's already done 1 month out of it...Well done mama.. feel free to message if you have any questions

I burp every few minutes of feeding to release alll wind. Learnt from my first and so far a content second baby ❤️xxxx

Infacol is worth a try, my baby is hard to wind and it's been a life changer
