Pressure down below

Hey girlies! I am 36 + 2, for the past few days baby has started engaging and the head is down. I can feel a LOT of pressure down below especially when I get in bed at night. Any suggestions on what I can do to help release the pressure? It just feels so heavy and uncomfortable and I feel like I need to constantly pee due to the baby pushing on my bladder and cervix

Not much advice but I’m exactly the same. I’m 36+4 and in my last scan at 36+2 they couldn’t measure the head as was so low down. I find sometimes getting up and wriggling about so they move slightly helps, but it’s literally like a bowling ball between my legs 😂

@Lucy I normally go on all fours and move side to side which used to help but that doesn't work for me anymore as I don't think there's much space for baby to even move position 😭😭😭

Im in the same boat and unfortunately mine just got worse, im 37+5 and the pressure is now painful. I walked in town yday not that long and all i had was cramping all evening and night into this morning and its painful too. I know its from walking yday which is supposed to be good for you but i walk like ive stolen a microwave and jammed it between my legs LOL Elevate your legs in the evenings Hot water bottle between your thighs might help but dont keep it there too long Warm showers help ease my lower back pains

@Mrs36 ahhhhh this sounds horrible, I will try the elevation. Thank you x
