Toilet training on holiday

My little boy is toilet trained in the day and doing quite well with it. We go on holiday abroad in June, what would people do about travel toilet options? We have the my carry potty but felt that was a bit bulky to take. I’m mainly worried about the plane etc. Any ideas or tips are very welcome TIA ladies

I wouldn’t bother, just use the plane toilet if you can, go before you board and when you land (depends on how long the flight is really!) Then toilets when you’re there- we have a fold up toilet seat which is useful, easy to take places and it just makes the toilet seat hole smaller so they don’t fall in and don’t need to be held etc.

I’m on holiday now and we’ve just continued doing what we were doing at home and we’ve only had 2 accidents and both were in the hotel and were mistakes on our part. We just went before we got on the plane then as soon as the seatbelt sign went off took him again and picked the seats right at the back and they let us use the toilet on the plane right before we got off and we took him just before we got on the transfer. Was very excessive but I didn’t want accidents on the plane or bus 🙈
